I've had a lot of problems with diets because some are only bad for the body. Then I learned that a calorie deficit and proper exercise were enough. There were no more restrictions. I figured out why I wanted to eat this or that. I realized that I was eating to eat to eat problems or failures. It's important to be aware of that.
