Hey, I completely agree that it is important to invest in your health. One part of living a healthy life is making sure that you stay active. I have grown to actually like my work-outs and I don't go a day without at-least going for a jog. But I also realized that I should take care of my diet too. I used to eat whatever I wanted because I thought working out would balance my unhealthy eating. But sadly that is not true. So for true weight loss you really have to eat healthily. I cut out sugar and carbs from my diet. The only carb I eat now is brown bread because I just can't do without it. Otherwise, I have also started taking amino acid supplements (I get them from www.vitaminexpress.org/uk/amino-acids-supplements) that help me with post work-out fatigue and muscle building. So yeah, focus on both staying active and having a good diet and you'll see weight loss results soon!
