Hi, I'm currently using Fatsecret as a way to track calories. I found that it gives me "net calories", so for example, I ate 280 calories so far today and with my BMR + other exercise combined, I burned 2265 calories, creating a "net calorie" count of -1985. This gets me thinking...if I can bump it up to at least -2000 for a whole week, would I technically be able to lose four pounds (2000*7 = 14000, 14000/3500 = 4)? Does this kinda make sense? Have you done something like this before, and did it work? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet. If getting stronger is your primary goal, then these are the ingredients you need to look for in a pre-workout supplement. These supplements can help improve your strength and power in the gym, meaning you keep progressing and lifting more weight.

A calorie deficit is a way to lose weight. Add activity, exercise, and you will build a good body. A deficit is not a diet, on a deficit, the body gets everything it needs, and weight loss goes smoothly and without threat to the body.
