I do about 45-60 minutes of cardio on the treadmill (steep incline) and relatively fast. Ill then go into a workout straight after. Ive only recently had to start doing this due to my current schedule so i was wondering about post cardio nutrition specifically carb/electrolyte replacement. Just for more info if need be my typical pre workout is two 200mg caffeine tablets and some raw citrulline malate. Should I have maybe a sugar free powerade and a handful of fast carbs e.g. sour worms or something? Any idea? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
